PhonePhysics began at a track meet, 3+ hours away from my house. A very long track meet. I was watching my daughter compete, in races that were hours apart. And I knew that she had an AP Physics test the next day. I noticed that not a single kid was doing homework between races ... not a single one had a computer out. Maybe they didn't have homework or a test to study for. Maybe they thought it would look weird to pull out a computer at a track meet. Not sure. But I noticed that tons of kids were on their cell phones ... intently doing "something". And I wanted more for my daughter, and for all these other students too.
I wanted them to learn physics at a Track Meet ... or on a School Bus ... or in a Spare Moment in the middle of the day ... or Laying on the Couch at home.
I wanted them to be able to learn at their pace.
I wanted them to learn at fundamental level ... and yet still really deep ... and I wanted to give them the tips and tricks that I learned that made Physics alot easier for me.
And I wanted the tutoring to be excellent. Because I love teaching Physics. And I love tutoring kids in Physics. And while Physics has a reputation of being HARD, and while good tutoring is hard to find and EXPENSIVE, there had to be a better way.
And PhonePhysics was born. Enjoy ☺️
